Board of Statutory Auditors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Board of Statutory Auditors oversees the regular administrative activities of the Board of Directors and compliance with the company’s bylaws. Furthermore, the Board of Statutory Auditors monitors the internal accounting system, the adequacy of the administrative organisation and internal organisation, the internal audit system, and the audit of accounts. It also ensures the continuity and consistency of the company with the codes of conduct to which the company adheres. The Board of Statutory Auditors consists of three  members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
