Soleto and Open Fiber
FTTH Project
Soleto is a qualified supplier of Open Fiber. In the last years, Soleto has won numerous tenders for the construction and maintenance of FTTH infrastructures throughout the national territory.

Soleto and Tim
Within the FTTH project entrusted to TIM, in 2016 Soleto signed an ATI agreement with Huawei and a group of other companies for the construction of FTTH infrastructures throughout Italy. The project involved Soleto in the cities of Turin, Bari, and Messina. The value of the works was approximately €25 million.
Soleto acquired contracts for activities related to the FiberCop project:
Construction of the secondary FTTH network. Lotto 4 Milan, valued at €5.18 million;
Construction of the secondary FTTH network Lotto 2 East Center Lombardy, valued at €16.45 million;
Construction of the secondary FTTH network Lotto 8 Friuli Venezia Giulia, valued at €10.39 million;
Construction of the secondary FTTH network Lotto 10 Veneto, valued at €13 million;
Construction of the secondary FTTH network Lotto 22 Puglia, valued at €15.45 million;
Other project contracts obtained: Delivery & Assurance for the municipalities of Turin, Bari, Messina, valued at €1.3 million;
Works for the primary TIM network CNO Flash Fiber in Piedmont, Puglia, Sicily, valued at €0.45 million;
Delivery works (backup) in Piedmont, Veneto, Puglia, Sicily, valued at €1.32 million;
Backup Network Construction works in Piedmont, Puglia, Sicily, valued at €0.25 million;

Soleto and Fastweb
Management, support, and maintenance services for voice and data services for Fastweb
Since 2000, Soleto has been an accredited partner and System Integrator of Fastweb. For all activities carried out in the field of Telecommunications networks, Soleto manages calls from consumer and micro-small business users and provides maintenance for both networks and user termination devices in the user's home.
Soleto provides nationwide service and first and second level remote and on-site assistance for residential and small business users through its Help Desk/Contact Center active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year spread over several locations in Italy. With over 80 qualified technicians, Soleto manages more than 1.7 million inbound calls/year for delivery & assurance, with over 700,000 trouble tickets managed and over 100,000
Soleto and Irideos
Site maintenance works for Irideos throughout Italy
In 2022, Soleto won the tender for the maintenance of Irideos sites (Data Centers, offices, and POPs) throughout the Italian territory. Soleto manages the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, data transmission, security, and environmental control systems within Irideos sites. Soleto is responsible for managing the Datacenters of Milan, Verona, Trento, Rome, the offices of Milan, Verona, Trento, Rome, Florence, Turin, Sarzana, Naples, and over 160 POPs distributed throughout Italy. The contract is managed by the help desk service for the management of calls and on-site interventions. The value of the contract exceeds €1 million/year.

Soleto and A2A
Installation and maintenance of electrical systems for public and private charging stations for A2A Energy Solutions
The works consist of the installation and activation of different kinds of charging columns (floor, wall box, single-phase, three-phase, etc.) of varied power (up to 22KW) on public or private land, and their connection to the power supply network.
Connected to this activity, A2A Energy Solutions has also assigned a contract for the construction of civil works for the installation of electric columns (E-Moving Charging Stations) in Milan, Varese, Sondrio, Brescia, Bergamo, Mantua, and the rest of Lombardy region for a value of €900K.

Electrical works on the municipal public network of Milan and hinterland for A2A
Since 1999, Soleto has been collaborating with A2A for the construction and maintenance of electrical systems managed by the local utility.
The activities carried out by Soleto concern the modernisation of electrical systems within the buildings, the mass installation of new electronic meters, the replacement of lighting fixtures, the construction and maintenance of public lighting systems, fault repairs, and on-site cleanse, the creation of TLC networks as part of the "Milan smart city" project.
The works carried out so far have reached a total value of approximately €14.5 million.

Soleto and Irideos
– Construction of the new DC in Milan Bisceglie
In 2021 Soleto, in ATI with Sielte, won the tender for the construction of the new Datacenter of Irideos in Milan Bisceglie. The works were carried out in compliance with the strictest regulations regarding energy saving and environmental respect, according to the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) BD+C v4 Protocol. All technological systems and civil construction and renovation works were carried out for a total value of €21 million. The total power is 3.2 MW IT, and the Datacenter covers approximately 1,500 square metres of usable space. The DC was certified TIER IV according to the TCS (Tier Classification System) standard of the Uptime Institute. The works started in November 2021 and were completed in April 2023.
Soleto and RaiWay
– Construction of Edge Data centres
In 2023, Soleto, in ATI with Sielte, won the tender for the construction of 5 edge data centres in northern Italy. Soleto autonomously built the data centres in Turin (280 KW IT), Genoa (210 KW IT), and Venice (210 KW IT). The works are expected to be completed in the first months of 2024. All technological systems and civil construction and renovation works were carried out for a total value of approximately €10 million for the 3 sites. The works were carried out in compliance with the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Protocol. The built data centres comply with the ANSI/TIA 942 classification, rating 3, and UPTIME Tier III, which provides for redundancy of systems with N+1 infrastructure.
