Specialised first and second-level technical support online and on-site and/or remotely, available 24/7 for Fastweb residential and business users throughout Italy.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of telecommunication, electrical, networking, and special systems for operators and private directional users. Performance monitoring through specific KPIs.
SYSTEM PRESENCE
Facilities management services through specialised on-site presences at the customer, including system activities for activation, relocation, and installation of server systems and network connectivity within data centers, and management of move, add, change situations for important national trade fair realities.
PRE AND POST-SALES SUPPORT
We offer specialised support in the design and maintenance of systems and installations: requirements analysis, evaluation of solutions and cost integration, performance analysis, identification of anomalies, and search for winning solutions.
